If I had the chance to befriend any human being on this planet (and I repeat- human being. If I could, I would befriend a cat), it would probably be Tilda Lindstam. Incase you aren't familiar with that name, I'll give you a short background: Tilda was born and raised in Sweden, where she was discovered at the delicate age of 11. She debuted at NYFW in 2010, and made her big breakthrough about two years later at a Givenchy show. Since than she has worked with the biggest and most influential people in the industry.
Besides being a magnificent and diverse model (she can pull off any look, and I mean any), she is also an incredibly cool resident of earth. She literally defines what "cool" is. Just take a look at her Instagram. Next to having a successful modeling career and an alluring personality, Tilda also has a wardrobe that makes me drool over whatever electronic machine I'm using to follow up on her amazing off-duty style.
It seems as though she belongs to the exclusive model-gang in which the dress-code is "effortless granny-chic, with a hint of vintage and sprinkles of fashion-forwardness (yes, this is a grammatically correct word. Do not argue with the 1 am me who wrote this post)". The basis of her outfits are always classic pieces- be it loafers, oxfords, a relaxed button-down shirt or simple jeans. She keeps things simple and... well, effortless. That's really just the perfect word to describe her style and her attitude to fashion. It never looks as though she though for more than 5 minutes what to wear, yet whatever set of clothes she pulls on makes me want to poster her photos all over my room (I am aware of the fact that this may sound very alarming, but I'm sure you get what I mean. Bare with me. I'm out of tea).
Which off-duty model style inspires you the most?
